4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Techishree during the provision of services remains the property of Techishree until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the final deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability

Techishree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms outlined herein. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will be due immediately.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State.

9. Changes to Terms

Techishree reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
